Gooey Kaur Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love every bite of your Gooey Kaur goodies — but we totally get that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Here's how our refund policy works:

Due to the nature of our products (fresh, handmade chocolates), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or taste preferences.

However, if your order arrives melted beyond recognition or incorrect, we’ve got you!

To request a refund or replacement:

→ Email us at orders@gooeykaur.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
→ Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
→ We’ll review your request and get back to you ASAP

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • We cannot refund orders affected by courier delays or weather conditions (but we’ll always do our best to help!)

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear
