Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are freshly prepared and packed with love! Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your treats to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and by weight. We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

Please note your orders will be dispatched 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Warm Weather Shipping:

Because our chocolates are sensitive to heat (just like us!), we take extra care to package them securely. However, we recommend someone be available to receive the package to avoid any melting if left outside.

During extremely hot weather, we may delay shipments slightly to avoid damage in transit — but we’ll always notify you if this happens.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delicious delivery!

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues:

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! Gooey Kaur is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Lost or Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at orders@gooeykaur.com within 48 hours. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
